Creating this special event venue in the heart of Old Napa has been a long and consuming task. Every year, at summer’s end, we have a celebration for our collaborators, our community friends, and our families to thank them for all their hard work and care. This year’s party was on September 9th. It was an early morning for Nic, Triston and other members of the Schaumkel family, who are responsible for all of the concrete work on the property. They honored us in the very Samoan tradition of roasting pigs to be served at dinner. The process lasted all day and we suspect that more than one beer was consumed during the production!
The pool became quite popular as the afternoon wore on. Especially the Baja ledge.
About 120 people attended our celebration, dining on the grass area beside the bistro lit patio.
The Rolling Heads played for the third year in a row, setting the stage for an evening of fun and frolic.
Stay tuned for next year’s celebration!
